## SEC. 567 IMPACT AID WAIVER In carrying out section 14(c) of the Act of September 23, 1950 (Public Law 815, 81st Congress) (20 U.S.C. 644(c)) the Secretary shall waive any amount of local effort in excess of $200,000 that would otherwise be required under paragraphs
(3)and
(4)of such section and any regulations issued thereunder, in awarding funds to the Winona R–III School District, Missouri, with respect to its application #MO–86–C–3601A36.
