## SEC. 8547 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON RESTORATION OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY OVER PUBLIC EDUCATION **[**[20 U.S.C. 7927](/us/usc/t20/s7927)**]** It is the Sense of Congress that State and local officials should be consulted and made aware of the requirements that accompany participation in activities authorized under this Act prior to a State or local educational agency’s request to participate in such activities.
