## SEC. 8528A.18 MILITARY RECRUITER ACCESS TO SECONDARY SCHOOL CAMPUSES **[**[20 U.S.C. 7908a](/us/usc/t20/s7908a)**]** Each local educational agency receiving assistance under this Act shall provide military recruiters the same access to the campus of each secondary school served by the local educational agency for the purpose of recruiting students who are at least 17 years of age that is provided to any prospective employer, institution of higher education, or other recruiter. 18Section 533(a) of division A of Public Law 118–159 inserts after section 8528 a new section 8528A. Subsection
(b)of such section 533 states that the amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect one year (December 23, 2025) after the date of enactment.
