## SEC. 1305 SECRETARIAL APPROVAL; PEER REVIEW **[**[20 U.S.C. 6395](/us/usc/t20/s6395)**]** The Secretary shall approve each State application that meets the requirements of this part, and may review any such application with the assistance and advice of State officials and other officials with relevant expertise.
