## SEC. 1302 PROGRAM AUTHORIZED **[**[20 U.S.C. 6392](/us/usc/t20/s6392)**]** In order to carry out the purpose of this part, the Secretary shall make grants to State educational agencies, or combinations of such agencies, to establish or improve, directly or through local operating agencies, programs of education for migratory children in accordance with this part.
