## SEC. 202 DEFINITIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 9601](/us/usc/t20/s9601)**]** In this title: ####

(1)In general The terms “**local educational agency**” and “**State educational agency**” have the meanings given those terms in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. ####

(2)Secretary The term “**Secretary**” means the Secretary of Education.
