## SEC. 118 AGREEMENTS **[**[20 U.S.C. 9518](/us/usc/t20/s9518)**]** The Institute may carry out research projects of common interest with entities such as the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development through agreements with such entities that are in accordance with section 430 of the General Education Provisions Act (20 U.S.C. 1231).
