## Sec. 223 separability of provisions **[**[20 U.S.C. 1721](/us/usc/t20/s1721)**]** If any provision of this part or of any amendment made by this part, or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the provisions of this part and the amendments made by this part and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. ### Part B Other Provisions Relating to the Assignment and Transportation of Students
