## Sec. 214.3 OFFICE OF NON-PUBLIC EDUCATION **[**[20 U.S.C. 3423b](/us/usc/t20/s3423b)**]** There shall be in the Department an Office of Non-Public Education to ensure the maximum potential participation of non-public school students in all Federal educational programs for which such students are eligible. 3There is no section 213. Section 213 was repealed by Public Law 101–392, 104 Stat. 841.
