## Sec. 505 availability of appropriations Notwithstanding any other provision of law, unless enacted in express and specific limitation of the provisions of this section, funds appropriated for any fiscal year to carry out any program under this Act or any predecessor authority shall remain available, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, for obligation and expenditure until expended. **[**[42 U.S.C. 5085](/us/usc/t42/s5085)**]** # TITLE VI AMENDMENTS TO OTHER LAWS AND REPEALERS
