## SEC. 104 EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS The Authority, its members, and its employees2 may not be liable for any obligation of or claim against the Authority or its members or employees or the District of Columbia resulting from actions taken to carry out this Act. 2The amendment made by section 153(c)(1) of Public Law 104–134 (110 Stat. 1322–110) striking “the Authority and its members” and inserting “the Authority, its members, and its employees” was executed to reflect the probable intent of Congress. The initial letter of the first word probably should have been capitalized.
