## SEC. 235 PROCUREMENT OF PERSONNEL **[**[33 U.S.C. 3035](/us/usc/t33/s3035)**]** The Secretary may take such measures as the Secretary determines necessary in order to obtain recruits for the commissioned officer corps of the Administration, including advertising.
