## SEC. 7 VIOLATIONS **[**[16 U.S.C. 718g](/us/usc/t16/s718g)**]** Any person that violates or fails to comply with any provision of this Act (including a regulation promulgated under this Act) shall be subject to the penalties described in section 6 of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (16 U.S.C. 707).
