## SEC. 7 DEADLINE FOR TRANSFERS **[**[49 U.S.C. 108 note](/us/usc/t49/s108)**]** The Secretary shall provide for the orderly transfer of duties and powers under this Act, including the amendments made by this Act, as soon as practicable but not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
