## Sec. 29.2 **[**[15 U.S.C. 38](/us/usc/t15/s38)**]** ###
(a)that whenever used in this section— 2This section used to be codified to 46 App. U.S.C. 885 prior to its transfer to title 15 by the enactment of Public Law 109–304. ####
(1)The term “**association**” means any association, exchange, pool, combination, or other arrangement for action; and ####
(2)The term “**marine insurance companies**” means any persons, companies, or associations authorized to write marine insurance or reinsurance under the laws of the United States or of a State, Territory, District, or possession thereof. ###
