## Sec. 6 **[**[15 U.S.C. 1176](/us/usc/t15/s1176)**]** Whoever violates any of the provisions of sections 2, 3, 4, or 5 of this Act shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
