## SEC. 716 DEFINITION **[**[50 U.S.C. 2351 note](/us/usc/t50/s2351)**]** For purposes of this subtitle, the term “**intelligence community**” shall have the meaning given such term in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 401a(4)).
