## Sec. 10 interpretation and separability **[**[15 U.S.C. 1199](/us/usc/t15/s1199)**]** The provisions of this Act shall be held to be in addition to, and not in substitution for or limitation of, the provisions of any other law. If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid the remainder of the Act and the application of such provisions to any other person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
