## Sec. 17 **[**[15 U.S.C. 57](/us/usc/t15/s57)**]** If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person, partnership, corporation, or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the Act and the application of such provision to any other person, partnership, corporation, or circumstance, shall not be affected thereby.
