## Sec. 8 **[**[15 U.S.C. 1457](/us/usc/t15/s1457)**]** Each officer or agency required or authorized by this Act to promulgate regulations for the packaging or labeling of any consumer commodity, shall transmit to the Congress each year a report containing a full and complete description of the activities of that officer or agency for the administration and enforcement of this Act during the preceding fiscal year. All agencies except the Department of Health and Human Services and the Federal Trade Commission shall submit their reports in January of each year.
The Department of Health and Human Services shall include this report in its annual report to Congress on activities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the Federal Trade Commission shall include this report in the Commission's annual report to Congress.
