## Sec. 34 effective date **[**[15 U.S.C. 2051 note](/us/usc/t15/s2051)**]** This Act shall take effect on the sixtieth day following the date of its enactment, except— ####
(1)sections 4 and 32 shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act, and ####
(2)section 30 shall take effect on the later of
(A)150 days after the date of enactment of this Act, or
(B)the date on which at least three members of the Commission first take office.
