## SEC. 612 SAVINGS CLAUSE **[**[42 U.S.C. 3222](/us/usc/t42/s3222)**]** To the extent that any portion of grants made under this Act are used for an economic development project that involves remediation, the remediation shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and standards. # TITLE VII FUNDING
