## SEC. 610 ACCEPTANCE OF CERTIFICATIONS BY APPLICANTS **[**[42 U.S.C. 3220](/us/usc/t42/s3220)**]** Under terms and conditions determined by the Secretary, the Secretary may accept the certifications of an applicant for assistance under this Act that the applicant meets the requirements of this Act.
