## SEC. 402 TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS **[**[42 U.S.C. 3172](/us/usc/t42/s3172)**]** The Secretary shall, by regulation, promulgate standards for the termination or modification of the designation of economic development districts.
