## SEC. 215 LIMITATION FOR CERTAIN STUDENTS **[**[20 U.S.C. 2395](/us/usc/t20/s2395)**]** No funds received under this Act may be used to provide career and technical education programs or programs of study to students prior to the the middle grades (as such term is defined in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965), except that equipment and facilities purchased with funds under this Act may be used by such students.
