## SEC. 17 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[20 U.S.C. 80q–15](/us/usc/t20/s80q–15)**]** ###
(a)Funding There is authorized to be appropriated to the Board of Regents to carry out this Act (other than as provided in sections 7(b)(1)(B), 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15(c)(5))— ####
(1)$10,000,000 for fiscal year 1990; and ####
(2)such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. ###
(b)Period of Availability Funds appropriated under subsection
(a)shall remain available without fiscal year limitation for any period prior to the availability of the facilities to be constructed under section 7 for administrative and planning expenses and for the care and custody of the collections of the National Museum.
