## Sec. 17 **[**[16 U.S.C. 715p](/us/usc/t16/s715p)**]** That when any State shall, by suitable legislation, make provision adequately to enforce the provisions of this Act and all regulations promulgated thereunder, the Secretary of Agriculture4 may so certify, and then and thereafter said State may cooperate with the Secretary of Agriculture4 in the enforcement of this Act and the regulations thereunder.
