## Sec. 8 **[**[16 U.S.C. 666b](/us/usc/t16/s666b)**]** The terms “**wildlife**” and “wildlife resources” as used herein include birds, fishes, mammals, and all other classes of wild animals and all types of aquatic and land vegetation upon which wildlife is dependent.
