## SEC. 6 ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF DONATIONS **[**[16 U.S.C. 4265](/us/usc/t16/s4265)**]** The Secretary may accept and use donations to provide assistance under section 5. Amounts received by the Secretary in the form of donations shall be transferred to the Secretary of the Treasury for deposit into the Fund.
