## SEC. 213 HARBOR OFFICE AT MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA For reasons of navigation safety, subject to section 903(a) of this Act, the Secretary is authorized to make a grant to the non-Federal interest operating Morro Bay Harbor, California, for construction of a new harbor office at such harbor, at a total cost of $500,000, with an estimated first Federal cost of $375,000 and an estimated first non-Federal cost of $125,000.
