## Sec. 703 repeal of existing law The Disaster Relief Act of 1970, as amended (84 Stat. 1744), is hereby repealed, except sections 231, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 301, 302, 303, and 304. Notwithstanding such repeal the provisions of the Disaster Relief Act of 1970 shall continue in effect with respect to any major disaster declared prior to the enactment of this Act.
