## SEC. 203 PRESIDENTIAL REPORT ON OPERATION OF THE AGREEMENT As soon as practicable after the close of the 2-year period beginning on the date on which the amendments made by this title (other than section 223(b), relating to certain rubber footwear) take effect, the President shall prepare and submit to Congress a report containing an evaluation of the operation of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade approved under section 2(a) (hereinafter in this subtitle referred to as the “Agreement”), both domestically and internationally, during that period. **[**[19 U.S.C. 1401a](/us/usc/t19/s1401a) nt**]**
