## SEC. 115 MORATORIUM ON EXAMINATION FEES UNDER THE INTERNATIONAL BANKING ACT OF 1978 ###
(a)Branches, Agencies, and Affiliates **[**[12 U.S.C. 3105](/us/usc/t12/s3105) nt**]** Section 7(c)(1)(D) of the International Banking Act of 1978 shall not apply with respect to any examination under section 7(c)(1)(A) of such Act which begins before or during the 3-year period beginning on July 25, 1994. ###
(b)Representative Offices **[**[12 U.S.C. 3107](/us/usc/t12/s3107) nt**]** The provision of section 10(c) of the International Banking Act of 1978 relating to the cost of examinations under such section shall not apply with respect to any examination under such section which begins before or during the 3-year period beginning on July 25, 1994. # TITLE II GENERAL PROVISIONS **[**Section 201 amended other laws. Section 202 expresses the sense of the Senate regarding multilatural export controls. Section 203 amends another law. Sections 204 through 209 consist of Commemorative Coin Acts.**]**
