## SEC. 129 TRUST FUND **[**[12 U.S.C. 1772c](/us/usc/t12/s1772c)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all moneys of the Board shall be treated as trust funds for the purpose of section 256(a)(2) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. This section is effective for fiscal year 1986 and every fiscal year thereafter.
