## SEC. 20 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[12 U.S.C. 5001 note](/us/usc/t12/s5001)**]** This Act shall take effect at the end of the 12-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Act.
