## SEC. 13 EFFECT ON OTHER LAW **[**[12 U.S.C. 5012](/us/usc/t12/s5012)**]** This Act shall supersede any provision of Federal or State law, including the Uniform Commercial Code, that is inconsistent with this Act, but only to the extent of the inconsistency.
