## Sec. 806 relation to other law **[**[12 U.S.C. 3805](/us/usc/t12/s3805)**]** Section 501(c)(1) of the Depository Institutions Deregulation and Monetary Control Act of 1980 shall not apply to transactions which are subject to this title.
