## Sec. 301 definitions For purposes of this title— ####
(1)The term “**existing**”, if used in referring to any unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System in the State, means the unit as it existed on the day before the date of enactment of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act except as specifically modified by section 12(b)(1) of Public Law 92–204 and section 1432(c) of this Act. ####
(2)The term “**refuge**” means— #####
(A)any unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System established by section 302 or 303 of this Act; #####
(B)any existing unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System in Alaska not included within any unit referred to in subparagraph (A); #####
(C)any unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System established in Alaska after the date of the enactment of this Act; or #####
(D)any addition to any unit described in subparagraphs (A), (B), or
(C)above.
