## Sec. 1436 inalik native corporation lands ###
(a)Upon the filing of a valid relinquishment by the State of Alaska of its selections of the following described lands, said lands are hereby withdrawn, subject to valid existing rights for a period of one year for selection by the Inalik Native Corporation: #### Kateel River Meridian Township 1 south, range 41 west; Township 1 south, range 42 west; and Township 1 south, range 43 west. ###
(b)The Inalik Native Corporation is authorized to select the lands described in subsection
(a)in partial satisfaction of its entitlement under section 14 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. The Secretary shall receive and adjudicate such selections as through they were timely filed pursuant to section 12 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, and shall convey said lands to the Inalik Native Corporation and the Bering Native Corporation pursuant to section 14 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. ###
(c)Nothing in this section shall be deemed to increase or decrease the acreage entitlement of the Inalik Corporation and Bering Straits Native Corporation under any section of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
