## Sec. 1422 doyon and fortymile river ###
(a)Subject to the provisions of subsection
(b)and
(c)of this section, Doyon, Limited shall have the right within one year after the date of enactment of this Act to identify some or all of the following described lands, previously selected by such corporation, in partial satisfaction of its entitlement under section 12(c) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act: ####

(b)Doyon, Limited shall have a right to identify only those lands described in subsection
(a)hereof which are not included within a conservation system unit pursuant to this Act, and each selection so identified shall be subject to the provisions of subsections 1419(b)(2) of this Act. The Secretary shall convey title to the land promptly after its identification by Doyon, Limited, subject to valid existing rights. ###
(c)The provisions of this section shall take effect only upon the execution and filing of a stipulation by Doyon, Limited, consenting to the dismissal, with prejudice, Doyon, Limited against Andrus, Civil Action numbered 78–1148 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, within sixty days after the effective date of this Act.
