## SEC. 35 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**78kk**]** In addition to any other funds authorized to be appropriated to the Commission, there are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the functions, powers, and duties of the Commission— ####
(1)for fiscal year 2011, $1,300,000,000; ####
(2)for fiscal year 2012, $1,500,000,000; ####
(3)for fiscal year 2013, $1,750,000,000; ####
(4)for fiscal year 2014, $2,000,000,000; and ####
(5)for fiscal year 2015, $2,250,000,000.
