## Sec. 601 establishment The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall establish within that office a National Critical Technologies Panel (hereafter in this title referred to as the “panel”). The panel shall prepare the biennial national critical technologies report required by section 603. 1Section 605 of this Act provides that this title expires effective on December 31, 2000. **[**[42 U.S.C. 6681](/us/usc/t42/s6681)**]**
