## SEC. 11 JURISDICTION OF COURTS **[**[16 U.S.C. 2410](/us/usc/t16/s2410)**]** The district courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising under the provisions of this Act or of any regulation prescribed, or permit issued, under this Act.
