## SEC. 789 ###
(a)The Secretary shall prepare a report by account that details the status of all projects specified in the table titled “Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending” in the explanatory statements accompanying prior year Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Acts, as described in section 4 in the matter preceding division A of such Acts: * Provided,* That such report shall include a breakout showing the subset of projects for which funds have not yet been obligated, or for which funds have been deobligated, an explanation for each such project’s obligation status, the fiscal year in which funds were originally made available for such project, and the period of availability of such funds. ###
(b)The Secretary shall submit the report described in subsection
(a)to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate on whichever of the following first occurs— ####
(1)concurrent with the department’s budget request for fiscal year 2027. ####
(2)February 15, 2026.
