## SEC. 8 RULE OF CONSTRUCTION **[**[18 U.S.C. 28 note](/us/usc/t18/s28)**]** Nothing in this Act, or the amendments made by this Act, may be construed to conflict with any of the crime victims’ rights described in section 3771 of title 18, United States Code.
