## SEC. 854 PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS FOR ONLINE TUTORING SERVICES The Secretary of Defense may not enter into a contract for online tutoring services which could result in personal data of citizens of the United States being transferred to the control of the People’s Republic of China.
