## SEC. 845 AMENDMENT TO REQUIREMENT TO BUY STRATEGIC MATERIALS CRITICAL TO NATIONAL SECURITY FROM AMERICAN SOURCES Section 4863 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (d)(1)(B), by inserting “qualifying” before “foreign”; and ####

(2)in subsection (m), by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(11) > > The term ‘qualifying foreign government’ means the government of a country with which the United States has in effect a reciprocal defense procurement agreement or memorandum of understanding entered into pursuant to section 4851 of this title.” > .
