## SEC. 843 CLARIFICATION OF EXCEPTION TO BERRY AMENDMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT OF VESSELS IN FOREIGN WATERS Section 4862(d)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting “, or for,” after “Procurements by”.
