## SEC. 7604 INCLUSION IN THE PET TRANSPORTATION EXCEPTION TO THE FLY AMERICA ACT Section 6224(a)(1) of the Department of State Authorization Act of 2023 (division F of Public Law 118–31; 22 U.S.C. 4081a) is amended, in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)— ####

(1)by striking “the Department is” and inserting “the Department and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and other United States Government employees under chief of mission authority are”; and ####
