## SEC. 593 EXPANSION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR VIRTUAL PROGRAMS OPERATED BY DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EDUCATION ACTIVITY Section 2164(l) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (A), by striking “; and” and inserting “; or”; and #####
(B)by striking subparagraph
